摘  要:目的探讨Techno Twin Station型、i H-1000全自动配血分析仪在使用ISBT-128编码条形码时出现的问题及解决问题的对策。方法调整修改LIS、迈科BIS与全自动配血分析仪RS-232串口接口程序及供者上机配血标本条形码为15位或12位。对37973袋红细胞、3861袋手工分血小板,28237人次受血者进行交叉配血。结果系统检索库存供者红细胞、手工分血小板ISBT-128标签条形码,前15位序列号条形码没有重号的血袋数分别是37920袋、3838袋,可直接用供者血袋ISBT-128标签前15位序列号条形码上机交叉配血。另检索到30袋红细胞供者ISBT-128标签前15位序列号相同,23袋红细胞与23袋手工分血小板供者ISBT-128标签前15位序列号相同;迈科BIS均可选择对此类每袋血液成分自动生成一组新的12位血液标识流水号条形码上机配血,两款全自动配血仪均能正常识别和运行,仪器实验结果数据传输正常,LIS及迈科BIS均能显示、审核和打印交叉配血实验结果。结论调整修改LIS及迈科BIS与全自动配血分析仪串口接口程序,直接用供者ISBT-128标签前15位序列号,或当遇到前序列号相同时,选择系统自动生成新的12位血液标识流水号上机配血。两款全自动配血仪均能识别和正常运行,实验结果数据传输、接收、显示、审核和打印结果均能正常进行,确保临床用血安全。Objective To discussthe problems and find the solutions on Techno TwinStation & iH-1000 Automatic Blood Matching Analyzer when using ISBT-128 coding. Methods To adjust and the RS-232 serial interface program of automatic blood matching analyzer and modify LIS,BIS and the barcode of the blood sample of the donor on the machine to 15 or 12 digits. Then,28 237 blood recipients test of Cross matching with 37 973 bags of red blood cell and 3 861 bags of manual platelet were conducted. Results System retrieves the ISBT-128 label barcode of the inventory donor red blood cells and the manual plateletfirstly. The first 15 digits of serial number do not be repeated in 37 920 bags of red blood cell and 3 838 bags of manual platelet respectively. It is able to use the first 15 digits of the serial number barcode on donor blood bag with ISBT-128 label to start blood cross-matching test. However,another 30 bags of red blood cell donors,and 23 bags of red blood cells and 23 bags of manual platelet donors were found to have the same serial number on the first 15 digits of the ISBT-128 label;Then,we modify the system to automatically generate a new set of 12 blood identification serial number barcodes for each blood components. Consequently,the two automatic blood matching devices can be recognized and operated normally,and the data transmission of the instrument experimental results is normal. Both LIS and BIS can display,review and print cross-matching results. Conclusion Through adjust and modify the serial port interface program of automatic blood matching analyzer and LIS,BIS,to directly use the serial number of the first 15 digits of the ISBT-128 label,or a new 12-digit blood label serial number automatically generated by the system for blood matching when the first serial number is met to be the same. Both automatic blood matching devices can identify and operate normally. The results of data transmission,reception,display,review and printing can be carried out normally to ensure the safety use of the blood in clinic.
