3乘3培训模式在腹膜透析患者健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一种适用于腹膜透析患者健康教育而且简单有效的健康教育模式和操作培训方案。方法本研究共纳入110例腹膜透析患者,随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组引用3乘3培训模式及实践操作培训,对照组引用传统的健康教育模式及操作培训,观察两组间随访期间操作考核情况及各项观察指标的差异。结果两组间在第一次考核,出院后9个月考核及1年后考核,腹透换液操作得分无显著差异,而在第二次考核及第三次考核,出院后3个月考核及6个月考核,观察组的得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.001);术后1年内,观察组血钙水平改善显著优于对照组,观察组腹膜炎发生率(7.02%)显著低于对照组(25.79%),观察组患者再入院率(28.07%)显著低于对照组(66.67%),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3乘3培训模式及实践操作培训方法是一种适用于膜透析患者健康教育而且简单有效的健康教育模式和操作培训方案,值得推广应用。Objective To explore a simple and effective health education model and operation training program for peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods This study included 110 patients with peritoneal dialysis in our hospital,who were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.3 times 3 training mode and practical operation training were usedin the observation group,while traditional health education mode and operation training were performed inthe control group.The difference of operation assessment and various observation indexes between the two groups wasobserved during the follow-up period.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the first assessment,9 months after discharge and 1 year after discharge.However,in the second assessment and the third assessment,3 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge,the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group with statistical difference(P<0.001);Within 1 year after surgery,the blood calcium level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The incidence of peritonitis in the observation group(7.02%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.79%).The readmission rate of patients in the observation group(28.07%)was significantly lower than that of the control group.Group(66.67%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3 times 3 training mode and practical operation training method is a simple and effective health education mode and operation training program suitable for health education of patients with membrane dialysis,which is worthy of popularization and application.
