摘　　要：严洁教授治疗颈源性头痛时,对于项强、头晕头痛之症善用"枕三针",以改善血液循环,松解后枕部肌肉紧张,缓解颈部及头痛症状;对于除头痛之外的颈椎活动受限、恶心呕吐、眩晕、视物模糊、肩背疼痛、手指麻木等伴随症状多加用远端取穴,辨证论治。严教授在临证中,以"枕三针"为基础,辨证论治,必要时辅以中医外治法,针药结合取得了显著临床疗效,能够有效缓解患者颈部及头痛症状。In terms of cervicogenic headache(CEH),Professor Yan Jie is good at treating neck rigidity,dizziness and headache with"three needles on superior margin of external occipital protrusion"in order to improve blood circulation,loosen the tension of occipital muscles,and relieve the symptoms of neck and headache.In addition to headache,cervical vertebra movement limitation,nausea and vomiting,vertigo,blurred vision,shoulder and back pain,numbness of fingers and other accompanying symptoms should be treated with distal acupoints association based on syndrome differentiation.In clinical practice,Professor Yan treats CEH based on"three needles on superior margin of external occipital protrusion"for syndrome differentiation,supplemented by external treatment of TCM when necessary.Acupuncture and medicine combination has achieved significant clinical effect which can effectively alleviate the pain of patients.
