摘　　要：目的:根据五运六气理论探讨项痹病患者先天运气与项痹病发病的关联性。方法:选取2012年1月至2017年12月在南京中医药大学无锡附属医院住院的项痹病患者752例,将患者出生年月按照农历进行干支推演换算、五运归类与六气归类,观察项痹病患者的出生日期在不同天干、岁运、主气、客气的分布情况。分析不同时段出生的人,其形成项痹病的差异性。结果:火运之年项痹病患者最多,金运之年最少;癸年即火运不及之年项痹病患者最多,庚年即金运太过之年最少;终之气,即由太阳寒水所主之时项痹病患者最多,二之气,即由少阴君火所主之时项痹病患者最少;少阳相火所主之时项痹病患者最多,五之气,即由阳明燥金所主之时项痹病患者最少。752例项痹病患者的出生日期在不同天干、岁运、主气分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);项痹病患者出生时的客气分布方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:项痹病罹患倾向与出生时的五运六气禀赋存在一定的关联性。Objective:To explore the correlation between innate endowment and neck numbness of patients with neck numbness.Methods:A total of 752 patients with neck numbness treated in Wuxi Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of CM from January 2012 to December 2017 were selected.The birth dates of the patients were calculated according to the lunar calendar heavenly stems and earthly branches,classified according to five circuits and six qi.The distribution of the birth dates of the patients with neck numbness in different heavenly stems,given years with good luck,dominant qi and subordinate qi were observed.The differences of the patients born in different periods were analyzed.Results:In the year of fire with good luck,there was the largest number of patients with neck numbness,but the least number in the year of metal with good luck.In the year of Gui with insufficient fire,there was the largest number of patients with neck numbness,but the least in the year of Geng with excessive metal.At the end of a year when taiyang cold water is dominant,there was the largest number of patients with neck numbness,but the least when shaoyin monarch fire is dominant.There was the largest number of patients with neck numbness when shaoyang minister fire is dominant,but the least when yangming dry metal is dominant.There were significant differences in the distribution of different heavenly stems,given years with good luck,dominant qi of 752 patients(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the distribution of subordinate qi at birth(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between the tendency of neck numbness and the endowment of five circuits and six qi at birth.
