清热解毒、凉血清肺方治疗肺胃热盛型玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效及对患者皮肤红斑指数和IL-37水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察清热解毒、凉血清肺方治疗肺胃热盛型玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效及对患者皮肤红斑指数和IL-37水平的影响。方法:选取本院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的玫瑰痤疮肺胃热盛证患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶外用联合异维A酸软胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟清热解毒、凉血清肺方治疗。结果:观察组治疗后干燥、瘙痒、红斑、灼热、毛细血管扩张、丘疹脓疱症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为92.50%,对照组有效率为72.50%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组皮肤红斑指数E值及白介素(interleukin,IL)-37水平均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒、凉血清肺方可显著改善玫瑰痤疮患者的临床症状,其作用机制可能与下调IL-37水平有关。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Formula for Clearing Away Heat and Removing Toxicity and Cooling Blood and Clearing Lung Heat on rosacea with excessive lung-stomach heat syndrome and the influence on skin erythema index and interleukin-37 of patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with rosacea with excessive lung-stomach heat syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clindamycin Phosphate Gel for external application combined with Isovitamin A Soft Capsule for oral administration.The observation group was additionally treated with Formula for Clearing Away Heat and Removing Toxicity and Cooling Blood and Clearing Lung Heat on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Results:After the treatment,the scores of dryness,pruritus,erythema,burning,telangiectasia,papule and pustule in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 92.50% in the observation group and 72.50% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the E value of skin erythema index and the level of IL-37 in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of rosacea,Formula for Clearing Away Heat and Removing Toxicity and Cooling Blood and Clearing Lung Heat can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and its mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of IL-37 level.
