摘  要:为提高调频式钢轨阻尼器的减振降噪作用,本文基于谱元法建立简化计算模型,推导出钢轨单元的谱传递矩阵,再用BLOCH定理计算出钢轨振动衰减率。通过计算安装调频式钢轨阻尼器前后钢轨的振动衰减率,分析调频式钢轨阻尼器对钢轨振动衰减率的影响,并计算对比调频式钢轨阻尼器安装偏差的影响。结果表明:调频式钢轨阻尼器能大幅度提高自身工作频率附近的振动衰减率,在300,1 700 Hz附近均出现新的带隙,且钢轨一阶Pinned-pinned共振频率附近的带隙被拓宽,相应的衰减率峰值也得到提高;调频式钢轨阻尼器安装偏差会对500 Hz以上高频部分的振动衰减率产生影响,对500 Hz以内的几乎不会产生影响。To promote the vibration and noise reduction of tuned rail damper(TRD),a model is built based on spectral element method.The spectra transmission matrix of the steel track elements is deduced,and the vibration decay rate is calculated with BLOCH theorem.With the calculation of track vibration decay rate before and after the installation of TRD,the effect of TRD on track vibration decay rate is analyzed.Also,the influence of installation error is studied.It shows that the TRD can greatly improve the vibration decay rate near its operating frequency.A new band gap appears near 300 Hz and 1 700 Hz.The band gap near the first order Pinned-pinned resonance frequency of the rail is widened,and the corresponding decay rate peak is also improved.The installation position of the TRD will have an impact on the vibration decay rate,which is mainly reflected in the high frequency part above 500 Hz.For the decay rate within 500 Hz,the installation position of the TRD will have little impact on it.
