摘  要:为了解浙江省和河北省规模化猪场猪群弓形虫自然感染的情况,在23个规模化猪场随机采集了463例猪血清,采用间接酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对猪血清中弓形虫抗体进行检测。结果表明:猪群总感染率为44.49%;浙江省猪群感染率为36.82%,河北省猪群感染率为50.38%;从不同年份感染情况分析,2016、2017和2018年猪群感染率分别为为37.11%、45.49%和52.20%,呈逐年上升的趋势;从胎次感染情况分析,1~6胎次、高胎次(6胎以上)母猪感染率分别为42.10%、52.94%、47.17%、45.95%、54.00%、63.64%、37.50%,母猪群总感染率为49.28%。调查检测结果表明猪群弓形虫感染很普遍,在不同猪场均有一定程度的感染,而母猪感染率较高。To investigate the natural infection of swine toxoplasma from large-scale pig farms in Zhejiang province and Hebei province, 463 pig serum samples were randomly collected from 23 large-scale pig farms. The results showed that the total infection rate was 44.49%. The swine infection rate in Zhejiang province was 36.82%, and that in Hebei province was 50.38%. According to the analysis of infection conditions in different years, the infection rates in 2016, 2017 and2018 were 37.11%, 45.49% and 52.20%, respectively, showing an increasing trend year by year. According to the analysis of different parities infection, the infection rates of sows with 1-6 parities and high parities(more than 6 secondary) were 42.10%, 52.94%, 47.17%, 45.95%, 54.00%,63.64% and 37.50%, respectively, and the total infection rate of sows was 49.28%. The results showed that the infection of swine toxoplasma was very common, and there was a certain degree of infection in different pig farms, but the infection rate in sows was higher.
