摘　　要：目前世界范围内,心房颤动(房颤)患者至少有3300万,房颤及房颤所致的并发症对人类的生命健康而言无疑是一个巨大威胁,不仅对患者自身造成极大的折磨,更加重了家庭及社会的医疗负担,因此,为了满足患者的就诊需求以及缓解医疗资源消耗和公共卫生负担,探索出一个系统、完善的医疗治疗和管理体系迫在眉睫。文章主要就心房颤动的综合管理研究现状及进展进行综述。At present,there are at least 33 million patients with atrial fibrillation worldwide.Undoubtedly,atrial fibrillation and its complications are a huge threat to human life and health,which not only causes great torture to patients,but also aggravates the medical burden of the family and society.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of patients for medical treatment and ease the consumption of medical resources and public health burden,it is urgent to explore a systematic and comprehensive medical treatment and management system.This article reviews the current status and progress of comprehensive management of atrial fibrillation.
