摘　　要：鉴于新型冠状病毒肺炎"病位在肺,属于疫病",其中医名可为"肺疫"。新冠肺疫的病因,外因之主因是感染病毒(异气),内因是患者身体系统,同时合并兼夹感受"六淫"邪气(常气)。只有疫毒本身是普遍的,寒暑燥湿风火不具有普遍性,是因时、因地、因人而变的。常见病机是邪毒犯肺,挟热下利,肺失宣降,水停生湿。总体治则是扶正祛邪、平衡阴阳、标本兼治、三因制宜。此外,本文还提出病毒有无寒热属性的问题,供医学界共同探讨。In view of corona virus disease 2019( COVID-19) is " located in lungs and belongs to the epidemic disease",we think that it can be named as " lung plague". The main external cause of COVID-19 is the infection by the virus( abnormal qi),and the internal cause is the patient’s body system being attacked by " six pathogenic factors" at the same time( normal qi). Only the epidemic virus itself is universal,and cold,heat,dryness,dampness,wind and fire do not have universality. They change according to time,place and people. The common pathogenesis is that the toxic pathogen invades the lung and diarrhea occurs due to descending heat;the lung qi fails in ventilating and descending,resulting in water and dampness retention. The overall treatment principle is strengthening the healthy qi and removing pathogenic factors,balancing yin and yang,treating both manifestations and root causes,and choosing treatment depending on three categories of disease causes. Besides,this paper also puts forward the question of whether the virus has the property of cold and heat for the medical community to discuss.
