从气神同调法论治胃食管反流病相关性咽异感症

摘　　要：胃食管反流病相关性咽异感症的病位在食管、咽,与脾、胃、肝、肺四个脏腑相关,与精神情志活动亦有密切联系。胃气上逆是病机关键,脾气不升是发病的基础,肝气郁结、肺气不降是发病的条件与加重的诱因。治疗胃食管反流病相关性咽异感症应以气神同调为法,从脾、胃、肝、肺论治,以调整气机升降及调整精神情志为治疗关键。调气:从肝,则条达肝气;从脾胃,或益脾气,或清胃热,或燥脾湿,或滋胃阴;从肺,则肃肺降气;同时,少佐升散之属,以达升降相宜之效,使浊气得降、清气得升、咽部得养。调神:予药物治疗的同时,畅情达意,以调整病机,使脏腑气血恢复正常。The gastroesophageal reflux disease-related pharyngeal paraesthesia is located in the esophagus and pharynx,and it is related to the spleen,stomach,liver,and lungs. It is also closely related to mental and emotional activities. Stomach Qi upside-down is the key to pathogenesis,and the lack of temper is the basis for the onset of Qi. Stagnation of the liver Qi and the loss of lung Qi are the conditions for the onset of disease and the cause of exacerbation. The treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease-related pharyngeal paraesthesia should be based on Qi-Shen regulating method,and the treatment should be based on the spleen,stomach,liver,and lungs. The key to treatment is to adjust the lift of the ventilator and adjust the emotional state. Regulating Qi: From the liver,then the liver Qi is reached;from the spleen and stomach,or to benefit the spleen,or to clear the stomach and heat,or to dry the spleen and dampness,or to nourish the stomach and yin;from the lung,to remove the lungs and lower the Qi;in order to achieve the effect of lifting and lowering,the turbid air would be lowered,the clear air would be raised,and the pharynx would be nourished. Reconcile: At the same time of drug treatment,express your feelings in order to adjust the pathogenesis and restore the Qi and Blood of Zang and Fu to normal.
