摘　　要：目的:探讨在骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者治疗中应用补肾壮骨汤的临床疗效。方法:将148例骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者纳入本研究,并将其随机分成观察组与对照组,各74例。两组患者均采用常规手术、药物治疗,观察组患者加用补肾壮骨汤治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床指标、骨密度、骨矿含量、患者治疗前后疼痛评分、骨折愈合时间及术后不良反应情况。结果:观察组临床有效率为90.5%(67/74),对照组有效率为74.3%(55/74),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的血清碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)、血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b(tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b,TPACP-5b)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的骨密度、骨矿含量均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:补肾壮骨汤能进一步提高骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床治疗有效率,同时能减轻患者术后疼痛,且对骨密度及骨矿含量有明显改善效果,缩短骨折愈合时间,减少术后并发症的发生风险。Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction in treatment of patients with osteoporotic spine fractures. Methods: A total of 148 patients with osteoporotic spine fractures were included in this study,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 74 cases each. Patients in both groups were treated with conventional surgery and drugs. Patients in the observation group were treated with Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction. Clinical observations,clinical indicators,bone density,bone mineral content,pain scores before and after treatment,Fracture healing time and postoperative adverse reactions. Results: The clinical effective rate in the observation group was 90. 5%( 67/74),and the effective rate in the control group was 74. 3( 55/74). There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Alkaline phosphatase( ALP),serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5 b( TPACP-5 d),and visual analogue scale( VAS) of pain were significantly lower than those in the control group. Patients,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05);bone density and bone mineral content in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05);fracture healing in the observation group The time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups of patients. Conclusion: The application of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction can further improve the efficiency of clinical treatment of osteoporotic spine fractures,at the same time reduce postoperative pain,and have a significant improvement effect on bone density and bone mineral content,shorten fracture healing time,reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
