Head Bagua Tuina Combined with Qingdan Ningshen Decoction in Treating Insomnia with Phlegm and Heat Disturbance Syndrome

摘　　要：目的:探讨头部八卦推拿法联合清胆宁神汤治疗痰热内扰型失眠的临床疗效。方法:将100名痰热内扰型失眠患者,以随机数字表法为根据,分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规手法配合温胆汤,治疗组给予头部八卦推拿法联合清胆宁神汤治疗,两组均治疗4周,其中手法治疗及药物服用均每天1次。对两组的临床效果予以对比,详细、准确记录患者在治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)及失眠严重程度指数(insomnia severity index,ISI)的变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为96.00%(48/50),对照组为88.00%(44/50),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后较治疗前PSQI评分、ISI评分显著降低,且治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头部八卦推拿法联合清胆宁神汤可以有效改善痰热内扰型失眠患者的症状,提高睡眠质量,对于痰热内扰型失眠患者治疗效果稳定。Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of head Bagua Tuima combined with Qingdan Ningshen Decoction in treating sputum heat disturbance type insomnia. Methods: A total of 100 patients with insomnia with phlegm heat disturbance were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group based on the random number table method. Each group had 50 cases. The control group was given conventional techniques with Wendan Decoction. The treatment group was given the head. The treatment of gossip massage combined with Qingdan Ningshen Decoction was performed for 4 weeks in both groups,of which manual treatment and medication were taken once a day. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI) and insomnia severity index( ISI) of patients before and after treatment were recorded in detail and accurately. Results: The effective rate was 96. 00%( 48/50) in the treatment group and 88. 00%( 44/50) in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Both were significantly increased,ISI scores were significantly reduced,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Head Bagua Tuina combined with Qingdan Ningshen Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms and improve sleep quality of patients with internal phlegm heat internal disturbance type insomnia,and it has a stable therapeutic effect on patients with internal phlegm heat internal disturbance type insomnia.
