摘　　要：新时代我国社会经济发展迈向了高质量发展阶段,质量强国战略的实施对企业质量管理体系的有效运行提出了更高要求。质量管理体系是企业质量管理工作的基础平台。论文在梳理了质量管理体系有效性含义的基础上,分析了企业质量管理体系运行中存在的问题,提出了高质量发展视域下的企业质量管理体系有效性提升策略。In the new era,China's social and economic development has entered a stage of high quality development.The implementation of the strategy of strengthening the quality of the country has put forward higher requirements for the effective operation of the enterprise quality management system.The quality management system is the basic platform for enterprise quality management work.On the basis of sorting out the meaning of the effectiveness of the quality management system,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the enterprise quality management system,and puts forward the strategy for improving the effectiveness of the enterprise quality management system from the perspective of high quality development.
