摘　　要：论文提出对宁钢2号高炉炉前液压系统污染物的控制实践,提高了炉前液压系统的工作稳定性。在实践当中证明了液压系统工作的稳定性与液压系统介质的污染情况有着十分紧密的联系。因此,对液压油污染进行防控是降低液压系统故障频率和提高液压系统工作稳定性的重要手段。The paper puts forward that the control practice of pollutants in the No.2 blast furnace stokehole hydraulic system in Ningbo Iron and Steel Company Limited has improved the working stability of the blast furnace stokehole hydraulic system.In practice,it has been proved that the working stability of the hydraulic system is closely related to the pollution situation of the medium in the hydraulic system.Therefore,the prevention and control of hydraulic oil pollution is an important means to reduce the failure frequency and improve the working stability of the hydraulic system.
