摘 要:基于工艺参数优选结果,通过单因素试验分析不同切削环境和低温微量润滑环境下的切削参数(切削速度、进给量)、工艺参数(射流温度、切削油用量)对表面粗糙度、表面微观形貌、加工硬化和残余应力的影响及原因。结果表明,低温微量润滑环境可有效降低表面粗糙度,改善表面微观结构,减小加工硬化程度和残余应力;进给量减小和切削速度增加可以减小表面粗糙度和加工硬化,残余应力随进给量增加呈波动变化,随切削速度的增大呈增大趋势;加工硬化程度和残余应力均随射流温度的减小和切削油用量的增大呈先减小后增大趋势,在射流温度T=-45℃,切削油用量Q o=20 ml/h时达到最小值。Based on process parameter optimization results,the influence laws and reasons of different cutting environments and cutting parameters(cutting speed,feed),process parameter(jet temperature,cutting oil amount)under cryogenic minimum quantity lubrication(CMQL)environment on surface roughness,surface microstructure,work hardening and residual stress are analyzed by single factor test.The results show that CMQL environment can effectively improve surface microstructure,and reduce the surface roughness,strain hardening degree,and residual stress.Reduced feed and increased cutting speed can reduce surface roughness and work hardening.The residual stress fluctuates with the increase of feed.With the increase of cutting speed,the residual stress will be enlarged.The tendency of strain hardening degree and residual stress will decrease first and then increase with the decrease of jet temperature and the increase of cutting oil amount.The minimum value of them is reached when jet temperature(T)is-45℃and cutting oil amount(Q o)is 20 mL/h.
