摘　　要：目的:系统性评价补肾法对高龄女性IVF-ET妊娠结局的影响,为指导临床提供可靠依据。方法:采用计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、Pubmed及其他中医药相关期刊数据库中有关补肾法干预高龄IVF患者治疗的相关研究。采用Cochrane协作组提供的REVMAN5.3软件对纳入的12篇文献研究进行Meta分析并加以评价。结果:补肾法干预治疗高龄IVF患者可提高其获卵数及HCG日E\-2水平均优于对照组,在改善子宫内膜厚度及血流方面补肾法疗效亦优于对照组,最后补肾法与对照组相较,能够提高IVF的临床妊娠率。结论:补肾法能够改善高龄IVF女性的妊娠结局且安全性较高。Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of Bushen method on the outcome of IVF-ET pregnancy in older women.Methods:The experiments of Bushen method in the treatment of elderly patients with IVF were retrieved from China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database(VIP),Pubmed and other Chinese medicine related journals.12 experimental papers were analyzed by meta-analysis using Revman5.3 software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration.Results:The efficacy of retrieved oocytes,HCG day E2 level,endometrial thickness and blood flow were better in experiment group than that in the control group;finally,Compared with the control group,the Bushen method also improved the clinical pregnancy rate.Conclusion:The Bushen method can improve the pregnancy outcome of older IVF women.
