针灸治疗Leber遗传性视神经病变病案两例

摘　　要：Leber遗传性视神经病变是一种遗传性线粒体DNA点突变疾病,表现为双眼相继出现的中央视野缺损,属于中医学“青盲”范畴,主因先天禀赋不足、失神及胆涩致玄府郁闭,神光不得发越,其预后较差,目前尚无有效治疗方法。针灸对于眼病的治疗具有其独特优势,临床观察到针灸治疗Leber遗传性视神经病变,主以眼周穴结合调神、胆经、肝经、肾经相关穴位针刺,疗效显著。本文通过对针灸治疗同家族内两兄弟2例LHON病案的报道,或为LHON治疗提供新的思路。Leber hereditary optic neuropathy(LHON)is a inherited disorder owing to mutations in mitochondrial DNA,in which sequential visual loss,bilateral and permanent,is a prominent feature,and it belongs to Glaucoma in Traditional Chinese Medicine,caused for being congenitally deficient,lack of shen,stagnation of Xuan-fu.There's no efficent treatment.While traditional Acupuncture performances unique advantage.In clinical practice witness a few LHON cases gaining vision improvement by traditional Acupuncture,prescription mainly selected acupoints lie in periorbital,Gallbladder meridian,Liver meridian and Kidney meridian.This article explored its recently research with the description of 2 case reports of LHON of 2 brothers in the same family who were treated with acupuncture,which may serve as a new breakthrough for LHON.
