摘　　要：朱丹溪创立的越鞠丸作为一首中医经典方剂,功能行气解郁,总解诸郁,主治“六郁。”目前临床关于本方应用主要含括两方面,一是治疗功能性消化不良等消化系统疾病,所治疾病与脾胃密切相关;二是治疗抑郁症等精神系统疾病,所治疾病与肝亦密切相关。肝脾同调可视为越鞠丸组方之特点,而肝脾之间密切相关,脑肠肽可能是肝脾相关的重要机制,其中5-羟色胺可能是其作用于肝脾的物质基础。故通过研究相关文献,结合越鞠丸创立的时代背景,探究越鞠丸用药规律,联系现代实验研究结果,进一步探讨越鞠丸主治以及肝脾相关理论,以利于提高越鞠丸的临床应用效果。Yueju Pill is founded by ZHU Dan-xi as a classical prescription of traditional Chinese Medicine.Its function is promoting Qi circulation and relieving depression and treating all kinds of depressive syndrome the so-called“Six Yu”.At present,the clinical application of this prescription mainly includes two aspects.First is digestive system diseases such as functional dyspepsia,which are related to spleen and stomach in traditional Chinese medicine.Second is mental system diseases such as depression,which are also related to liver in traditional Chinese medicine.The liver and spleen are closely related and Yueju Pill can regulate liver and spleen together.The brain-gut peptide may be an important mechanism and among which 5-hydroxytryptamine may be the material basis of its action on the liver and spleen.By studying relevant literatures and combining with the historical background of Yueju Pill was founded,this paper explores the prescription regularity of Yueju Pill,combines the results of modern experimental research,and has a further understanding of the treatment of Yueju Pill and the theory of liver and spleen closely related,which is helpful to improve the clinical application effect of Yueju Pill.
