基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨骨质疏松症的中医证治

摘　　要：基于《黄帝内经》“阳化气,阴成形”理论,结合骨质疏松症的现代医学研究及患者临床症状,探讨骨质疏松症的中医发病机理及论治思路。认为机体阳气亏虚导致清气和能量不足,继而影响水谷精微化生,致使阴血亏虚,有形物质的凝聚及形成乏源,为骨质疏松症的基本病因病机。治疗当重视温阳补肾、健脾养血,以达助阳化气、辅阴成形之功;“阳化气,阴成形”理论在中医论治骨质疏松症中具有良好的指导意义,但遣方用药当根据证候虚实、病邪性质调整,方能有利于提高临床疗效。Based on the theory of"Yang Hua Qi and Yin forming"in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,combined with the modern medical research of osteoporosis and the symptoms of patients,to explore the pathogenesis and treatment of osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine.It is concluded that the deficiency of Yang-Qi leads to the deficiency of Qi-clearing and energy,and then affects the refined metaplasia of the valley,resulting in deficiency of Yin-blood,agglomeration of tangible substances and lack of source,which is the basic etiology and pathogenesis of osteoporosis.Treatment should pay attention to warm Yang and tonifying kidney,invigorating Qi and nourishing blood,to achieve the effect of helping Yang-Qi and assisting Yin;and the theory of"Yang Hua Qi and Yin forming"has a good guiding significance in treating osteoporosis in TCM,But we should adjust the medication according to syndrome differentiation,which is beneficial to improve the clinical efficacy.
