摘　　要：厚朴七物汤作为中医经典用方临床疗效确切,应用广泛。在功用分类上,历代医家多以之为“表里双解剂”,然近代诸学者在其相关记载方面进行考辨,对其主证、条文、主病等有不少新的见解,尤其对厚朴七物汤是否主表证争议极大。实验研究方面发现,涉及此方药理作用、提取工艺方面的研究各仅1例,物质基础及作用机制尚不明晰,仍待系统而深入的实验探索;而临床应用方面,主要从现代统计医学案例以及医家验案两方面进行简要介绍,发现临床多取其“顺承气机”之意。本文重点介绍此方在理论方面的研究进展,兼其实验研究成果及临床案例,以期人们对该方有更全面、更深入的理解。Houpo Qiwu decoction is a classic prescription with clear clinical efficacy and wide application.On the classification of functions,the medical experts of past dynasties named it as"exterior-interior relieving prescription".Nevertheless,modern scholars have conducted research on its related records,as well as appeared a lot of new ideas around its syndrome,clause,primary illness and etc.,especially a quite dispute about whether the Houpo Qiwu decoction can relieve external syndrome;In aspects of experimental study,there is only one literature on the pharmacological action or extraction process of this prescription,the effective compounds of the decoction remains to be elucidated,still needing to carry out a series of systematic and in-depth experimental explorations.And in terms of clinical application,this paper mainly bases on the modern statistical medical cases and the medical case examination,and finding that the clinical practice is more about the meaning of"promote the circulation of Qi".This article focuses on the theoretical study progress of this method,and its experimental research achievements and clinical cases,hoping deepen people's understanding of this prescription.
