摘  要:前置预旋导轮良好的节能效果已经得到大量实船验证。为了研究这种节能装置各部分对其节能效果的影响,针对一型7万吨级油船,设计了前置预旋导轮方案,并将其拆分为导管和定子2种节能装置进行分析。文中利用RANS方程模拟带与不带节能装置的船模快速性试验,分析加装不同节能装置带来的影响,并进行了模型试验验证。结果表明,前置预旋导轮产生较好的节能效果主要是由于其具有的叶片产生了预旋作用,使得船后螺旋桨效率提升明显,导管在其中不扮演关键角色,基于CFD的数值方法评估这类节能装置附体的节能效果与模型试验结果基本一致。Energy saving devices(ESDs)has attracted more attention from shipment industry than ever for high fuel cost of ship and International Maritime Organization(IMO)regulation.Pre-Shrouded Vanes(PSV)is a kind of device which can reduce the rotational energy loss of the propeller slipstream by generating pre-swirl flow in front of propeller.The energy saving effect of PSV has been proved by a lot of full scale comparing test.In order to investigate the geometric configuration of PSV,RANS with closure of SST k-w model is used to simulate the resistance and self-propulsion test of an oil tanker with and without ESD.Four different cases are shown in this paper and model test has been completed.It can be concluded that the fins of PSV,which can improve the efficient of propeller,play an important role in energy saving effect.Numerical results can fairly predict the energy saving effect of PSV.
