精准扶贫视角下的安徽省乡村旅游开发模式与规划布局研究

摘　　要：乡村旅游是广大农村地区进行旅游扶贫的有效途径,积极探索实践旅游扶贫的新模式、空间发展结构,实现贫困地区共享旅游发展。本文基于精准扶贫视角,将精准扶贫与乡村旅游相结合,通过大量的实地调研与走访,结合贫困地区特有的资源优势及文化特色,探索了安徽省乡村旅游扶贫开发模式,提出旅游交通型、特色产业型、城郊休闲型、资源特色型、景区依托型五类旅游扶贫开发模式。并依托上述乡村旅游扶贫开发模式提出合理的空间发展总体布局以及重点发展片区思路。Rural tourism is an effective way for the vast rural areas to carry out poverty alleviation through tourism.We should actively explore and practice new modes and spatial development structures of poverty alleviation through tourism,realize the shared tourism development in poor areas,and make new breakthroughs in poverty alleviation through tourism development.Based on the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper combines targeted poverty alleviation with rural tourism.Through plentiful field investigations and visits,combined with unique resource advantages and cultural characteristics in poor areas,it explores the Anhui rural tourism poverty alleviation development model,and puts forward five types of tourism-poverty-alleviation development models,which are tourism transportation type,characteristic industry type,suburban leisure type,resource characteristic type and scenic spot relying type.Depending on the above rural tourism poverty alleviation development models,the paper puts forward a reasonable overall layout of spatial development and key development ideas.
