摘 要:为了探究GCr15轴承钢纳秒激光精整工艺,采用单因素轮换法,进行了激光功率、扫描速率、重复次数对激光精整质量影响规律的试验研究。研究结果表明:利用纳秒激光可实现对GCr15轴承钢零件边缘的精整加工,随着激光功率的增大,精整去除量逐渐增大,而单位去除量缓慢下降,当激光功率为4.02 W、5.22 W(即电流参数19 A、20 A)时,加工效率相对较高;扫描速率较低时,纳秒激光可以有效去除边缘材料且边缘轮廓较为平滑,增大扫描速率会导致光斑搭接率变小,进而精整去除量相应地减小;重复次数的增加降低了加工效率,重复次数增加至原来的4倍,去除量仅增加26.31%。研究结果验证了采用纳秒激光精整零件边缘的可行性,为零件边缘精整方法提供新的思路。In order to explore the nanosecond laser finishing process of GCr15 bearing steel,the single factor rotation method is used to test the influence of laser power,scanning rate and repetition times on laser finishing quality.The research result shows that the finishing of the edge of GCr15 bearing steel can be realized by nanosecond laser.As the laser power increases,the amount of finishing removal increases gradually,and the unit removal decreases slowly.When the laser power is 4.02 W,5.22 W(current parameters 19 A,20 A),the processing efficiency is relatively high.When the scanning rate is low,the nanosecond laser can effectively remove the edge material and the edge contour is smoother.Increasing the scanning rate will cause the spot lap rate to become smaller,and the amount of finishing removal correspondingly decreases.The increase in the number of repetitions reduces the processing efficiency,the number of repetitions is increased by four times,and the removal amount is only increased by 26.31%.The results verify the feasibility of using nanosecond laser to trim the edge of the components,and provide a new idea for the edge finishing method of the components.
