摘 要:矿井下采煤机的高速轴长期在恶劣环境中运行,常发生严重腐蚀和磨损现象,深入研究基于激光熔覆的采煤机高速轴耐蚀性能,寻求一种更有效的采煤机高速轴耐蚀性增强方法。在分析不同激光器性能优势、激光熔覆材料组成结构以及激光熔覆工艺差异基础上,通过采煤机高速轴表面预处理、粉层预置、涂层制备、物相分析和耐蚀性能测试试验分析采煤机高速轴耐蚀性,利用硫酸溶液浸泡测试、显微硬度仪和摩擦磨损试验机测试采煤机高速轴的腐蚀速率、硬度和磨损量,实现对采煤机高速轴耐蚀性准确研究。研究结果表明,激光熔覆处理后,采煤机高速轴的腐蚀速率、硬度和磨损量测试结果均优于电镀法和阴极保护法,说明激光熔覆方法可提升采煤机高速轴的耐蚀性能。The high-speed axle of underground shearer can run in harsh environment for a long time,and serious corrosion and wear often occur. The corrosion resistance of high-speed axle of shearer based on laser cladding is studied in depth,and a more effective method to enhance the corrosion resistance of high-speed axle of shearer is sought.Based on the analysis of the advantages of different lasers,the composition and structure of laser cladding materials and the differences of laser cladding technology,the corrosion resistance of shearer’s high-speed axle is analyzed by surface pretreatment,powder layer preset,coating preparation,phase analysis and corrosion resistance test. The shearer’s high-speed axle is tested by sulfuric acid solution immersion test,micro-hardness tester and friction and wear tester.The use of corrosion rate,hardness and wear rate of the speed axle can accurately study the corrosion resistance of shearer’s high speed axle. The results show that after laser cladding treatment,the corrosion rate,hardness and wear measurement of high speed shaft of shearer are better than electroplating method and cathodic protection method. It shows that laser cladding method can improve the corrosion resistance of high speed axle of shearer.
