摘 要:采用连续搅拌槽式反应器对印染废水进行O3氧化处理,研究了不同流速(30、50、70mL·min^-1)和O3浓度(2.70%、4.25%、5.86%V/V)下印染废水有机物的降解动力学。采用电凝法对某印染企业的车间废水进行预处理,然后进行O3氧化。采用电凝法降低了废水样品的色度和总悬浮固体。预处理后的废水经臭氧化处理2.5h。结果表明,在5.86%V/VO3、体积流量为50mL·min^-1,最大CODCr去除率为90.8%。降解过程符合拟一阶动力学模型。为含染料废水的处理提供了另一种选择。The continuous stirred tank reactor was used to oxidize the printing and dyeing wastewater with O3.The degradation kinetics of organic matter in printing and dyeing wastewater at different flow rates(30,50,70mL·min^-1)and O3 concentrations(2.70%,4.25%,5.86%V/V)was studied.The wastewater from a printing and dyeing enterprise was pretreated by electrocoagulation and then oxidized by O3.The color and total suspended solids of wastewater samples were reduced by electrocoagulation.After pretreatment,the wastewater was ozonized for 2.5h.The results showed that the maximum removal rate of CODCr was 90.8%at 5.86%V/V O3 and 50mL·min^-1.The degradation process is in accordance with the pseudo first order kinetic model.It provides another choice for the treatment of dyestuff wastewater.
