摘　　要：文章循着欧洲STS证券化理念,探讨了国内证券化市场在“中国版STS”监管框架下探索发展“投资者需要的证券化”和“面向国际市场的证券化”的方向与路径。围绕金融科技助力证券化“穿透”管理,带着STS标准、按国内外投资者需要“种菜”,实现“看得清、管得住”的目标,以及着力提升中国证券化市场的全球竞争力等导向给出国内证券化市场发展建议。Following the concept of European STS securitization,this article explores the direction and path of China’s securitization market to develop"investors-specific securitization"and"securitization for the international market"under the"Chinese version of STS"regulatory framework.The article also offers suggestions for the development of China’s securitization market revolving around orientations such as"penetrated"securitization management supported by FinTech,"growing vegetables"with STS criteria according to the needs of investors both at home and abroad,achieving a“clear and manageable”objective,and focusing on improving the global competitiveness of China’s securitization market.
