摘 要:现阶段机械制造行业实现了快速稳定发展,数控机床得以在社会各个领域广泛应用,相关技术也日渐成熟,朝向自动化与智能化发展,所生产零部件效率与质量也显著提升。然而由于数控机床经常出现液压与气压系统故障,对零部件生产效率与质量有着直接性影响,因此,必须采取有效诊断技术与措施加以控制。对数控机床液压系统故障与气压系统常见故障的详细分析,并提出了科学可行的系统故障诊断流程与措施,能够在很大程度上解决液压与气压系统故障,并进一步保证零部件生产整体质量。At present,the machinery manufacturing industry has achieved rapid and stable development,NC machine tools is widely used in various fields of society,its related technologies are increasirgly mature,towards automation and intelligent development,the efficiency and quality of the parts produced have also been significantly improved.However,the hydraulic and pneumatic system faults often occur in NC machine tools,which has a direct impact on the production efficiency and quality of parts,effective diagnostic techniques and measures must be taken to control them.The faults of hydraulic system and pneumatic system of NC machine tools are analyzed in detail,and the scientific and feasible fault diagnosis flow and measures of the system are put forward,which can solve the faults of hydraulic and pneumatic systems to a great extent.And further ensure the overall quality of parts and components production.
