摘 要:随着地毯簇绒机主轴系统的高速化,主轴的不平衡响应与振动响应将会加大,继而影响地毯簇绒质量。因此,针对一般地毯簇绒机主轴系统,在尽量减少结构形式改变的原则下,提出了一种平衡轴方案,设计了一种新型的主轴系统,采用传递矩阵法建立主轴系统的数学模型,并应用Matlab软件进行仿真分析。结果表明,相比一般簇绒机主轴系统,这种采用平衡轴的主轴系统在高速运转时的横向和纵向最大振动位移减小约40%,其动态平衡和减振效果明显。With the high speed of the tufting machine spindle system,the unbalanced response and vibration response of the spindle will increase,which in turn affects the quality of the carpet.Therefore,for the general tufting machine spindle system,a balanced shaft scheme was proposed and a new type of spindle system was designed which based on the principle of minimizing the change of structural form.Then,the mathematical model of the spindle system was established by using the transfer matrix method,and Matlab software was used for simulation analysis.The results show that compared to the general tufting machine spindle system,this new spindle system reduces the lateral and longitudinal maximum vibration displacement by at least 40%during high speed operation,and its dynamic balance and damping effect are obvious.
