摘  要:针对4 mm厚度304不锈钢板开展激光K-TIG复合焊接实验,利用高速摄像和图像处理技术采集电弧形态,分析和探索各工艺参数对电弧形态的影响规律。实验结果表明:电弧形态稳定与否的关键是能量配比,当激光焦点距离阳极较近时,由于电弧与试件有效接触面积变大,导致电弧吸收激光能量增加,电弧趋于稳定;当激光焦点作用于阴极附近时,电弧变得发散,稳定性下降。实验得到的最佳热源间距为0~3 mm,最佳离焦量为0 mm。The laser K-TIG hybrid welding experiment is carried out on the 304 stainless steel plate with thickness of 4 mm.The high-speed camera and image processing technology are used to collect and analyze the arc shape in the process of laser K-TIG hybrid welding,and explore the influence law of various welding parameters on the arc shape.The results show that proper energy ratio is the key to arc stability.When the laser focus is near the anode,the arc section enlarges,so that the laser energy absorbed by arc increases and arc is stable.When the laser focus is close to the cathode,the arc fluctuates violently and the arc stability reduces.Therefore the optimal heat source spacing range is 0~3 mm,and the optimal defocus distance is 0 mm.
