丽江蚤缀的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究丽江蚤缀中的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱层析和反相C18制备液相色谱手段进行分离纯化,并通过1HNMR、13CNMR波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从丽江蚤缀乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:salcolin B(Ⅰ)、5′-methoxyhydnocarpin-D(Ⅱ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(Ⅳ)、isomyricadiol(Ⅴ)、myricarin C(Ⅵ)、苜蓿素(Ⅶ)、3-羟基-β-卡巴林(Ⅷ)、1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1,3,4-trioxo-β-carbo1ine(Ⅸ)、1-乙酰基-β-卡巴林(Ⅹ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从丽江蚤缀中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical components of Arenaria oreophila.METHODS The chemical constituents of A.oreophila.were isolated by silica gel columns and reversed phase C18 prep-HPLC techniques.The structures of isolated compounds were identified by a comprehensive analysis of 1HNMR and 13CNMR spectroscopic data.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of A.oreophila.The compounds were identified as salcolin B(Ⅰ),5′-methoxyhydnocarpin-D(Ⅱ),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅲ),diisobutyl-phthalate(Ⅳ),isomyricadiol(Ⅴ),myricarin C(Ⅵ),tricin(Ⅶ),3-hydroxy-β-carboline(Ⅷ),1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1,3,4-trioxo-β-carbo1 ine(Ⅸ) and 1-acetyl-β-carboline(Ⅹ).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
