摘  要:目的对陕西省蒲城县伏头地区矿物药自然铜与蛇含石进行矿物学鉴定及成分对比。方法先用肉眼及反光镜鉴定,再利用微量元素光谱半定量、红外光谱、X射线衍射等方法进行矿物学及成分测试分析。结果矿物药自然铜、蛇含石均为矿物黄铁矿,但自然铜为立方体黄铁矿单晶体,蛇含石为结核状黄铁矿集合体;反光镜测试自然铜与蛇含石的反射率分别为53%、50%,均为均质体、无内反射;光谱半定量分析显示:自然铜的主要微量元素Cu<5 ppm、Mo 15 ppm、Co 10 ppm、Yb 15 ppm、Mn<200 ppm、K>10 ppm,蛇含石的主要微量元素Cu<5 ppm、Mo 5 ppm、Co 30 ppm、Pb 50 ppm、Sn 50 ppm、Ni 200 ppm、Yb 1 ppm、Mn<200 ppm,K>10 ppm。X射线衍射显示:自然铜中黄铁矿的含量为100%,特征峰2.702(10)、1.630(9)、2.417(7),蛇含石中黄铁矿的含量97%、绿泥石3%,特征峰2.706(10)、1.630(10)、2.419(8)。红外光谱曲线显示:自然铜中黄铁矿的含量>95%,特征谱线417、343 cm-1,蛇含石中黄铁矿的含量为97%,特征谱线413、345 cm-1。结论陕西省蒲城县伏头地区矿物药自然铜与蛇含石中的矿物成分均为黄铁矿,形态特征分别为单晶体立方体晶形、结核状集合体,推测可能是结构差异导致了药理学差异。OBJECTIVE To study the mineralogy identification and composition comparison of natural copper and serpentine in the Futou area of Pucheng county,Shaanxi province.METHODS Identification by naked eye and mirror,using mineralogy and component test analysis by semi-quantitative method of trace element spectrum,infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.RESULTS Visual identification showed that the natural copper and snake stone of mineral medicine were mineral pyrite,but natural copper was cubic yellow pyrite single crystal,snake stone was tuberculous pyrite aggregate;mirror natural copper showed reflectivity 53%,snake stone reflectivity is 50%,no internal reflection,homogeneous;spectral semi-quantitative analysis shows that the main trace elements of natural copper are less than 5 ppm Cu,Mo 15 ppm,Co 10 ppm,Yb 15 ppm,Mn less than 200 ppm,K is greater than 10 ppm,the main trace elements of serpentine are Cu less than 5 ppm,Mo 5 ppm,Co 30 ppm,Pb 50 ppm,Sn 50 ppm,Ni 200 ppm,Yb 1 ppm,Mn less than 200 ppm,K greater than 10 ppm;X-ray diffraction shows that the content of pyrite in natural copper is 100%,characteristic peaks are 2.702(10),1.630(9),2.417(7),pyrite content in serpentine is 97%,chlorite is 3%,and characteristic peak is 2.706( 10),1.630(10),2.419(8);the infrared spectrum curve shows that the pyrite content in natural copper is more than 95%,the characteristic line is 417,343 cm-1,and the pyrite content in the snake-bearing stone is 97%.Line is 413,345 cm-1.CONCLUSION The minerals of natural copper and serpentine in the Futou area of Pucheng county,Shaanxi province are both pyrite.The morphological characteristics are single crystal cubic crystal form and tuberculosis aggregate.It is speculated that the structural difference leads to pharmacological differences.
