摘　　要：河湖长制背景下江苏省洪泽湖水利工程管理处落实工程管理标准化、精细化指导意见,结合基层堤防工程管理特点,抓牢安全运行这个水利工程管理核心,尝试推行堤防段格化巡查方案,将堤防整体切块若干段格,做到“定格、定员、定责”,实现了传统“粗放型”管理向“精细型”管理转变,为基层堤防管理摸索了新模式。Under the framework of river-lake chief system,Jiangsu Hongze Lake Project Management Office implements the guidance of standardization and refinement of project management,with consideration to the features of levee project management at local level,and regarding safe operation as the core.The inspection on a trial basis by dividing levee into sections have been conducted,which can specify the"sections,responsible persons and their obligations",in order to realize a change from traditional extensive management to delicacy management.It may be used as a new model for managing basic levees at the local level.
