敞开式全断面硬岩掘进机在长大隧洞快速掘进中的实践应用

摘　　要：敞开式全断面硬岩掘进机在我国隧道施工中应用较多,然而在含有灰岩地层的长大隧洞中应用则较少。根据吉林省中部城市引松供水总干线施工四标段敞开式全断面硬岩掘进机施工的实际情况,重点从工程地质条件、支护系统、机械设备、材料运输、施工组织、激励措施等方面进行分析总结,提出为满足敞开式全断面硬岩掘进机快速掘进所需注意的问题,总结出敞开式全断面硬岩掘进机快速掘进所需要的条件。The hard rock open TBM is widely used in the mountain tunnel construction in China,but it is seldom applied in the long and large tunnel with limestone stratum.According to the actual condition of the hard rock open TBM construction of the No.4 Bid of Central Cities Yinsong Water Supply Project in Jilin Province,analysis is carried out from six aspects of engineering geological conditions,supporting system,mechanical equipment,material transport,construction organization and incentive measures.The major problems that need to be paid attention to are put forward in order to meet the requirements of rapid tunneling of hard rock open TBM.In addition,conditions are summarized in the rapid tunneling of hard rock open TBM.
