摘  要:湖南某钨多金属矿矿物种类多,选矿工艺复杂,尾矿水中含有各种金属离子和浮选药剂,若直接排放会造成环境污染,直接返回至主流程又会影响生产指标,回用难度大。针对该钨多金属矿尾矿水难回用的问题进行研究,采用“石灰+GS-2”组合用药处理尾矿水,GS-2是一种自主研发的偏酸性活化剂,配合石灰使用,能够加快尾矿沉降速度。处理后的尾矿水可回用于主流程各作业,回水率约为76%。对含Mo 0.063%、Bi 0.11%、WO30.35%、CaF219.90%的原矿进行试验,最终获得钼铋混合粗精矿含钼1.85%、回收率84.93%,含铋2.64%、回收率66.76%;钨精矿含钨31.89%,回收率74.44%;萤石精矿含萤石90.27%、回收率为73.76%。试验表明,通过调整选矿工艺,尾矿水经简单处理后可全部回用于主流程,获得较为理想的钨精矿和萤石精矿。A tungsten polymetallic ore in Hunan has many types of minerals,complex process of beneficiation,tailings water contains various metal ions and flotation chemicals,if directly discharged will cause environmental pollution,direct return to the main process will affect production targets,reuse is difficult.To study the problem of difficult reuse of tailings water of this tungsten polymetallic ore,the combination of"lime+GS-2"is used to treat the tailings water,GS-2 is a self-help research and development of acidic activator.The treated tailings water can be reused in the main flow operations at a rate of approximately 76%.The test was carried out on crude ore containing Mo 0.063%,Bi 0.11%,WO30.35%and CaF219.90%.The final results were 1.85%Molybdenum-Bismuth mixed crude concentrate with 84.93%Molybdenum,2.64%Bismuth and 66.76%recovery,31.89%Tungsten concentrate with 74.44%recovery and 90.27%Fluorite concentrate with 73.76%recovery.The test shows that by adjusting the beneficiation process,the tailings water can be fully used in the main process after simple treatment to obtain more desirable tungsten concentrate and fluorite concentrate.
