摘 要:磷酸钠和氢氧化钠混合能够实现低品位白钨矿和黑白钨混合矿的高效浸出,但浸出液中会残留一定浓度的杂质磷。本研究采用碳酸钙沉淀法从浸出液中除磷,考察了碳酸钙用量、反应温度、反应时间、溶液中初始磷浓度和氢氧化钠浓度对粗钨酸钠除磷的影响。试验结果表明:当碳酸钙用量为1.4倍理论量,温度65℃,搅拌反应90 min,溶液中初始磷浓度0.95~2.0 g/L,氢氧根浓度10.68 g/L,除磷率达到99%以上,沉淀渣中钨损失率约0.17%,除磷后溶液中钨磷比达到1.5×10^4,实现了低钨损条件下粗钨酸钠溶液的深度净化除磷。The mixed sodium phosphate and sodium hydroxide leach enables efficient leaching of low grade wolframite and black and white wolframite blends,but a certain concentration of impurity phosphorus remains in the leach solution.In this study,the effect of calcium carbonate amount,reaction temperature,reaction time,initial phosphorus concentration in solution and sodium hydroxide concentration on the removal of phosphorus from sodium crude tungstate was investigated by using calcium carbonate precipitation method to remove phosphorus from the leaching solution.The experimental results showed that when the amount of calcium carbonate was 1.4 times the theoretical amount,the temperature was 65℃,and the stirring reaction was 90 min,the initial phosphorus concentration in the solution was 0.95~2.0 g/L,the hydroxide concentration was 10.68 g/L,the phosphorus removal rate reached more than 99%,the tungsten loss rate in the sediment slag was about 0.17%,and the tungsten-phosphorus ratio in the solution after phosphorus removal reached 1.5×10^4,which achieved the deep purification and phosphorus removal of crude sodium tungstate solution under low tungsten loss conditions.
