摘  要:采用超音速等离子喷涂技术在Q235钢基体表面制备了WC10Co4Cr涂层。通过扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪分别对WC10Co4Cr涂层的显微组织和元素成分进行了分析,并利用维氏硬度仪对涂层的显微硬度做了检测,利用球-盘摩擦磨损仪对涂层在干燥和湿润两种环境下的抗摩擦磨损性能进行了测试。结果表明:WC10Co4Cr涂层中存在一定量半熔化或未熔化的粉末颗粒,但未发现贯穿式裂纹和大面积剥落;涂层的显微硬度达到1408.2 HV0.3;WC10Co4Cr涂层在干燥条件下主要以磨粒磨损为主,在0.1 mol/L的NaCl+Ca(OH)2混合溶液湿润条件下以黏着磨损为主;涂层在湿润条件下的摩擦系数和磨损率都远低于干燥条件下的相应值。A WC10Co4Cr coating was fabricated on the Q235 steel substrate by supersonic plasma spraying to improve its friction wear performance at dry and wet conditions.Analysis techniques such as scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy were used to study the microstructure and the distribution of the elements in the coated specimens.We also tested the micro-hardness of WC10Co4Cr coatings using by hardness meter and the micro-hardness of the coating was 1408.2 HV0.3.Some un-melted and half-melted powders could be found among the WC10Co4Cr coating because of the high melting point of WC10Co4Cr.A series of ball-on-disk type tests,sliding against a Si3N4 counterpart,were carried out at three loads:400 g,600 g and 800 g.The wear rates and friction coefficients of WC10Co4Cr coatings at wet condition were much less than those at dry conditions.It's hard to found cracks and peeling-off in the wearing scratches.This coating may be potential surface enhancement for oil drilling equipment.
