摘  要:采用“高纯APT原料-预处理-煅烧微还原-高纯均相针状紫色氧化钨”工艺制备了超细晶硬质合金用WC粉的优质原料-高纯均相针状紫色氧化钨,研究了煅烧温度、炉管转速、给料速度、氨气流量对紫色氧化钨性能的影响。运用XRD相成分定性定量分析仪、扫描电镜、平面光栅摄谱仪、氮吸附仪、原子吸收光谱仪、可见分光光度计、平均粒度测定仪等先进粉末冶金专用检测设备,对紫色氧化钨进行了性能分析。研究结果表明:采用单位自有知识产权的特种氧化钨回转炉,萃取法生产的高纯APT为原料,控制适宜的煅烧温度、氨气流量、炉管转速和给料转速,可以制取高纯均相针状紫色氧化钨,W18O49相≥95%,各项理化性能能较好地满足更高端技术要求。The high purity homogeneous purple tungsten oxide,a high quality raw material of WC powder for ultrafine tungsten carbide,was prepared by"high purity APT raw material-pretreatment-calcination micro-reduction-high purity homogeneous purple tungsten oxide"process,and the influence of calcination temperature,furnace tube speed,feed rate and ammonia flow rate on the performance of purple tungsten oxide was studied.The performance of purple tungsten oxide was analyzed by using XRD phase composition qualitative and quantitative analyzer,scanning electron microscope,planar grating spectrometer,nitrogen adsorber,atomic absorption spectrometer,visible spectrophotometer,average particle size determination instrument and other advanced powder metallurgy special testing equipment.The research results show that the high purity APT produced by the extraction method using the special tungsten oxide rotary furnace with our own intellectual property rights as raw material and controlling the appropriate calcination temperature,ammonia flow,furnace tube speed and feed speed can produce high purity homogeneous needle-like purple tungsten oxide with W18O49 phase≥95%,and the physical and chemical properties can better meet the higher technical requirements.
