摘  要:目前,辅助生殖技术(ART)是能够使不育不孕患者可以生育的唯一方法。其中,卵胞浆内单精子显微注射技术(ICSI)已成为ART中治疗男性不育的理想方法之一。虽然ICSI在临床上成功率较高,但ICSI子代的出生缺陷风险明显增加。ICSI出生子代表观遗传学异常,其中子代印迹基因GTL2、h19、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ、印迹控制区1甲基化异常、出现低体重及部分出现先天畸形都可能与ICSI有关,导致ICSI的出生子代携带缺陷基因或者患有疾病。另外,有表观遗传缺陷的父母进行ICSI也会导致子代表观遗传学发生改变。At present,the use of assisted reproductive technology(ART)is the only method to achieve fertility for patients with infertility Among them,intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)technology has become one of the ideal means of assisting male infertility in ART.Although ICSI technology has a high clinical success rate,many studies have found that the risk of birth defects in their offspring is significantly increased.ICSI births presented epigenetic abnormalities,including the offspring imprinted genes GTL 2,h19,insulin-like growth factor 2,imprinted control region 1 methylation abnormalities,low body weight and some congenital malformations,may be related to ICSI technology,resulting in ICSI born offspring carrying defective genes or suffering from disease.In addition,ICSI techniques involving parents with epigenetic defects can also cause changes in the offspring epigenetics.
