临床护理路径和快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜胃癌根治术围术期护理中的应用评价

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)和快速康复外科理念(FTS)在腹腔镜胃癌根治术围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月~2018年10月在我院行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的患者120例作为研究对象,分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组采用常规围术期护理干预,研究组采用常规围术期护理联合临床护理路径和快速康复护理干预,对比两组患者的围术期指标、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果在治疗腹腔镜胃癌根治术围术期护理过程中,采用常规围术期护理联合临床护理路径和快速康复护理干预治疗效果更好,并发症发生率更低,护理满意度更好,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胃癌根治术的患者,围术期护理中应用临床护理路径和快速康复外科理念干预,治疗效果确切,有效降低并发症发生情况,且安全性好,提高生活质量,对康复治疗具有积极作用。Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)and fast track surgery(FTS)in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the control group and the study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was received routine perioperative nursing intervention.The study group was used routine perioperative nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway and rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention.The perioperative index complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results During the perioperative nursing of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,the routine perioperative nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway and rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention had better effect,with lower complication rate and better the nursing satisfaction.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,the clinical nursing pathway and rapid rehabilitation surgical intervention used in perioperative nursing has exact treatment effect,which can the effectively reduce complications,and has good the safety.It can improve quality of life.It has a positive effect on rehabilitation.
