摘　　要：独立基础加防水板这种基础形式,由于其传力明确简单且造价相对较低,因此近年来在地下车库项目中得到广泛应用。但目前尚无规范明确这种基础形式的计算方法,很多设计工作者对其研究也并不深入,因此难免会出现一些设计问题。通过某工程实例,从基础形式的选择以及独立基础加防水板基础的受力特点、计算原则等进行研究,通过计算对这种基础形式在设计中容易出现的问题加以分析,并提出建议供设计参考。The independent foundation plus waterproof board is widely used in the underground garage project in recent years because of its clear and simple force transmission and relatively low cost.But at present,there is no standard to define the calculation method of this type of foundation,and many designers have not studied it deeply,so some design problems will inevitably appear.Based on an engineering example,this paper studies the selection of foundation type,the stress characteristics and calculation principles of the foundation with independent foundation and waterproof board,analyzes the problems that are easy to occur in the design of this foundation type through calculation,and puts forward suggestions for design reference.
