医院改扩建项目前期造价控制的问题与对策

摘　　要：人们的日常生活水平在不断提升,对就医环境的要求也在逐渐提高,与此同时医院建设的需求也在不断增长,但医院受限于各地方不同的土地规划要求,更多地选择了在原址改扩建,从近几年各地陆续动工的医院改扩建项目来说,面临的施工问题和造价控制的难度都很大,如何对整体项目进行严格的把控。因此,对医院项目的工程造价进行了相关分析,同时为建设者提出了一些造价控制的建议。People's daily living standards are constantly improving,and the requirements for medical treatment environment are gradually increasing.At the same time,the demand for hospital construction is also increasing.However,hospitals are limited by different land planning requirements in various places,and more options.In view of the reconstruction and expansion at the original site,from the recent hospital reconstruction and expansion projects started in various places,the construction problems and cost control difficulties are very large,how to strictly control the overall project.Therefore,the related analysis of the construction cost of the hospital project was carried out,and some suggestions for the construction cost control were put forward for the builders.
