摘　　要：随着中西文化不断融合,速写艺术迎来新的发展时期。基于扎实推进新时代文化高质量发展的文化建设时代背景下,对速写进行科学有效的艺术传承,实现艺术与现代技术的创新融合,展现创新的应用形式,使之符合当代人们的审美和应用,是速写艺术深入发展之路。文章对速写艺术现状及问题进行归纳,针对应用发展从把握政策优势、挖掘创作特色及创新传承途径等方面开展了分析。With the continuous integration of Chinese and Western cultures,sketch art has ushered in a new period of development.Based on the cultural construction background of promoting the high-quality development of culture in the new era,it is the way for the further development of sketch art to carry out scientific and effective art inheritance,realize the innovation and integration of art and modern technology,show the innovative application form and make it conform to the aesthetic and application of contemporary people.This article summarizes the current situation and problems of sketch art,and analyzes the development of applications from the aspects of grasping policy advantages,mining creative features,and innovating ways of inheritance.
