摘 要:管道非开挖修复技术具有不影响交通、环境污染小、施工周期短、综合成本低、施工安全性好及应用范围广等优势,适用于复杂条件下的管道修复。结合于善街污水管道改造中实施翻转内衬修复技术,详细介绍了该技术的工艺原理、施工方法及相关指标和设备,并总结了该技术的特点。经检测,修复后的污水管道各项性能指标达到了国家标准,这一技术的成功应用可为各大、中城市推广和使用非开挖修复技术提供借鉴。Trenchless pipe repair technology has not affect traffic,environmental pollution is small,short construction period,low comprehensive cost,the advantages of the construction security is good and wide scope of application,especially suitable for crossing the roads,railways,downtown,environment,natural reserves,monuments and buildings and crops and vegetation area under the condition of pipe repair,etc.This paper introduces the technology principle,construction method and related indexes and equipment in detail,and summarizes the characteristics of the technology.After testing,the performance indexes of the restored sewage pipeline have reached the national standard.The successful application of this technology can provide reference for the promotion and use of trenchless restoration technology in large and medium cities.
