摘  要:着重研究全现浇混凝土填充墙结构拉缝施工工艺技术,分析有关的原理,提出在剪力墙结构上以及结构剪力墙的受力部位采用软连接方式,使得结构楼层的受力传递到剪力墙的主要受力部位,可在一定程度上避免填充墙部位产生变形,结构裂缝减少。对这项工艺进行了设计,改进了填充墙各部位结构,通过对填充墙构件中所存在的沟壑进行填充,使得渗透路径增多,渗透难度增加,从而起到了很好的防水效果。与普通的砌体填充墙相比,采用这种工艺技术可以起到良好的防水效果,而且抗震和抗裂缝的效果良好,工程施工进度加快,工期缩短,从而提高来了企业的经济效益。This paper focuses on the construction technology of the fully-cast concrete filled wall structure tensile joints,analyzes the relevant principles,and proposes to use the soft connection method on the shear wall structure and the structural part of the structural shear wall to make the structural floor stress. The main force-receiving part transmitted to the shear wall can avoid deformation of the infill wall part and reduce structural cracks to a certain extent. The process was designed to improve the structure of various parts of the infill wall. By filling the gullies existing in the infill wall members,the permeation path is increased and the penetration difficulty is increased,thereby achieving a good waterproof effect. Compared with the ordinary masonry infill wall,this process technology can achieve good waterproof effect,and the anti-seismic and anti-cracking effect is good,the construction progress is accelerated,and the construction period is shortened,thereby improving the economic benefits of the enterprise.
