新奥运周期艺术体操器械难度的发展趋势

摘　　要：本文致力于研究新奥运周期艺术体操评分规则个人项目器械难度(AD)在成套中的运用和发展趋势。通过文献资料法、录像分析法,解析器械难度在中外优秀运动员成套中的运用,对各项器械的器械难度进行总结归类,剖析设计精美绝妙、衔接自然流畅的器械难度的构成因素及编排特点,指导我国艺术体操个人项目器械难度的编排,加强器械难度的训练手段,以期为我国艺术体操新周期个人项目成绩的突破提供理论依据。This paper is devoted to studying the application and development trend of the new cycle Code of Points Rhythmic Gymnastics Individual Event Apparatus Diff iculty(AD)in performances.By means of documentation,video analysis,this paper analyses the application of AD in the per formances of elite athletes,summarizes and classif ies the AD of var ious instr uments,analyses the composition f actors and ar rangement character istics of Apparatus Diff iculty with exquisite arrangement and natural and smooth connection,guides the arrangement of AD of individual events of Rhythmic Gymnastics in our country,and strengthens the training means of the diff iculty of instruments,with a view to creating a new style of Rhythmic Gymnastics in our country.The breakthroughs of individual project performance in the cycle provide a theoretical basis.
