摘　　要：港珠澳大桥超大截面预制沉管混凝土强度等级高、结构尺寸大,且工程所在区域气候炎热、腐蚀环境较恶劣,工程使用寿命要求高,为了保证管节的结构受力及安全,管节钢筋紧密,且采用全断面浇筑的方式,单次浇筑方量大、浇筑时间长。从混凝土浇筑质量出发,通过介绍控制混凝土入模温度、优化混凝土浇筑方法、改善混凝土浇筑环境以及设置自动养护系统等措施,有效提高了混凝土浇筑质量。Large cross section of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge precast concrete strength grade is high,the structure of the sinking pipe size,project region climate is hot and corrosion conditions,the service life of the demand is high.In order to ensure the structure and security of the union,union of reinforcement,and used the whole section casting,casting a single large volume,pouring time.In the paper,starting from the concrete pouring quality,by introducing the mould temperature,the concrete into the optimization of concrete pouring method,improvement of concrete environment and set up automatic maintenance system and other measures,effectively improve the quality of the concrete pouring.
