摘　　要：因危险化学品重大危险源应急管理缺失而引发的重大事故时有发生,导致人员伤亡、财产损失、环境污染和社会恐慌。通过研究危险化学品企业重大危险源应急管理中主要存在的问题,提供事故防控与应急管理对策,以减少灾害、降低损失。Catastrophic incidents often occur,triggered by absence of emergency management of major hazardous sources of hazardous chemicals,resulting in casualties,property losses,environmental pollution and social panic.This paper aims to come up with countermeasures against unpredictable accidents and strategies of emergency management to diminish disasters and ameliorate losses through researches on major problems recurring in emergency management of major hazard sources in hazardous chemicals enterprises.
