摘 要:对醋酸丁酯的合成条件进行了优化。考察了催化剂种类、酸醇比、催化剂用量、反应时间等对产品产率的影响。实验结果表明:用1.25g硫酸氢钠作催化剂,原料正丁醇、冰醋酸的摩尔配比为1:20,反应时间为30min时,醋酸丁酯的收率最高,可达88.90%。The synthesis conditions of n-butyl acetate were optimized.The effects of catalyst type,acid-alcohol ratio,catalyst dosage and reaction time on the yield of the production rate were investigated.The experimental results showes that when 1.25g sodium bisulfate as catalyst was used,the molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol and glacial a-cetic acid was 1:20,and the reaction time was 30 minutes,the yield ratio of the n-but-yl acetate was the highest,up to 88.90%.
