摘 要:目的:研究常见的几种基改剂在石墨炉原子吸收法测定血铅含量中的应用。方法:通过设计正交实验,比较5种基改剂直接稀释血样后进行检测的响应情况。结果:以硝酸铵、硝酸镁、抗坏血酸为基改剂测血铅时,灰化温度到800℃后吸光度值急剧下降,显然这3种试剂不适合作为测定血铅的基改剂;氯化钯较磷酸二氢铵,其吸光度值稳定、精密度好,是石墨炉原子吸收法测定血铅比较理想的基改剂。[Objective]To study the application of several common modifiers in determination of lead in blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.[Methods]Through designing orthogonal experiments,comparing the effects of five chemical modifiers by tested the blood sample that was directly diluted.[Results]When measuring blood lead with ammonium nitrate,magnesium nitrate and ascorbic acid as basic modifiers,the absorbance value drops sharply after the ashing temperature reaches 800℃,obviously they are not suitable as basic modifiers for measuring blood lead.Compared with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,palladium chloride has stable absorbance value and good precision,and is an ideal modifier for determination of blood lead by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
