摘　　要：随着国家对教育科研事业的大力支持,加之广大科研队伍对高尖端设备的强烈需求,加速了高校科研院所设备的更新换代。如何处理好这些淘汰设备,合理并充分发挥固定资产的价值成为当下资产管理的一个重要方向,本文针对此提出了几点建议,供高校设备管理部门或实验室批评讨论。With the strong support of education and scientific research from country,and the strong demand of the majority of scientific research teams for high-sophisticated equipment,the upgrading of equipment in universities and scientific research institutes has been largely accelerated.How to deal with these obsolete equipment,reasonable and make fully use of these fixed assets has become an important direction of asset management at present in university.
